• All prices shown on the site exclude vat (currently 20%).
• Free delivery for orders over £150.00 exc. Vat to mainland UK. - Otherwise a charge of £6.95 will be applicable for parcels under £150.00(exc. Vat)

• Dispatch of Orders. - We aim to dispatch orders on the same day they are received (UK), subject to availability & credit card authorisation. Credit card authorisation can take up to 24 hours in some cases. Goods are dispatched for next working day delivery for orders placed before 3.00pm. Although next business day delivery is extremely reliable, is not a guaranteed service. We shall not be held liable for any loss resulting from failure to meet these delivery times.
• Goods out of stock - We cannot guarantee stock availability all the time. In case an item chosen is unavailable, we will contact the customer and advise him/her of the delivery dates.
• Payment Methods - We accept all major credit & debit cards. If you choose to pay by cheque, we may not be able to dispatch until the cheque has cleared which can take up to 5 working days. Please make cheque payable to: CBJ International Ltd, 94 Evelyn Drive, Pinner, Middlesex HA5 4RW, UK. Please enclose a covering note detailing your order with your name & address with your cheque. We accept postal orders & bankers draft as well. If the delivery times cannot be made on agreed time, we will advise you immediately and arrange another time for delivery. If another time of delivery cannot be agreed upon, a refund will be offered.
• Returns Policy - Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it UNOPENED AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION within 7 days for exchange or refund. Original delivery cost will be deducted in case of refund. The company will not accept return of unwanted goods unless the customers has called us in advance to obtain a "Returns Number" Please make sure that you are ordering the correct product which meets the minimum system & configuration requirements. We do not take back or refund or exchange any opened items that are suitable for intended purpose, but have been ordered in error. Goods are not sold on sale or return basis.
• We reserve the right to change prices and promotional offers without notice. In the unlikely event that there is pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to remove that item from sale. The customer will be notified in such cases.
• All products that are covered by manufacturer's warranty have to be sent back to the manufacturer for repairs or replacement by the customer or as detailed in the manufacturer warranty.
• All claims for non-delivery, missing items or damaged goods in transit must be made within 3 days of expected delivery. Claims will not be entertained after this time.
• Goods of images on our site are for illustration only and actual products may differ from those shown. We do not accept any responsibility for any information provided by third party in our site or for any contents from any links on our site. Product description & specification are for guide only and the actual packaging & product design may vary from those shown.
• The goods supplied remain the property of CBJ International Ltd until the payment has been made in full, and we reserve the right to uplift the goods or to the proceeds of the sale if payment is not made.
• The customer on placing the order will have deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of CBJ International Ltd.
